(event) Gala Event @ Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) Start: 19:00 End: 23:00 The Gala event will be held at the extraordinary Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) in the heart of Paris. The Hôtel is used by the Mayor of Paris and for official functions. It is an extraordinarily lavish location with a rich history, having played a key part in the French Revolution and the location of Charles de Gaulle’s famous speech upon the liberation of Paris from the Nazis in 1944. The event will start from around 7pm and continue until late. Getting there: Attendees should be in the Conference Centre lobby at 18 :30 for escorted group departures to the event. Groups will be escorted via Métro « Gaite » (Metro tickets will be provided by escorts free of cost) - Go Right out of the hotel (onto Commandant Mouchotte) - Take the first on right - Descend the Maine avenue - Take métro L13 direction : o Saint Denis or o Asnières Gennevilliers - Change at the station Clemenceau Champs Elysées - Take L1 : direction Château de Vincennes - Stop at the station Hotel de Ville : Exit : Rue Lobeau - Enter at : 3, rue Lobeau (between 2 lions)
